TNO: Arms Trade & Expanded economy

A submod for the popular "The new order, last days of Europe" mod, this submod aims to Bring More usefulness to weapons manufacturing, especially for the Superpowers (Japan, Germany, USA) By giving the Ability to sell them for Profits. This submod also adds 4 new buildings that improve a state's GDP growth along with other small bonuses, to give the player more control on Growth, along with some small changes to the credit system and specific names for economic spheres (no longer just "[country name] sphere)"

a little note from the dev: This mod is what i was able to come up with my current coding abilities, i have plans for much greater changes, and an entirely different system of Arms trade, but this is what i could come up with using my current knowlage of coding. I̶f̶ a̶n̶y̶ p̶e̶r̶s̶o̶n̶ w̶i̶t̶h̶ g̶o̶o̶d̶ k̶n̶o̶w̶l̶a̶g̶e̶ o̶f̶ T̶N̶O̶ c̶o̶d̶i̶n̶g̶ a̶n̶d̶/o̶r̶ a̶r̶t̶ i̶s̶ i̶n̶t̶e̶r̶e̶s̶t̶e̶d̶ i̶n̶ w̶o̶r̶k̶i̶n̶g̶ w̶i̶t̶h̶ m̶e̶, c̶o̶n̶t̶a̶c̶t̶ m̶e̶ t̶h̶r̶o̶u̶g̶h̶ D̶i̶s̶c̶o̶r̶d̶.

Due to mandatory conscription in my country, I will not be able to work on the mod for the next roughly 4 years. Although I have managed to implement a lot, the mod is far from the end product I envisioned it to be.
