Introduction of the mod

This is a mod that aims to implement scenarios from the game WarGame: Red Dragon. It is highly recommended for those who want to experience the nostalgia of WarGame: Red Dragon in Hearts of Iron 4. The basic gameplay follows Hearts of Iron 4, but the scenarios are based on WarGame: Red Dragon.
