OWB - Sonora Blues

An OWB submod adding a new focus tree for Cowboy Country, can you hold the Legion at bay, and restore the Arizona Rangers or will you falter and die.

Update 5; Gave Tohono Nation more starting divisions so they can put up a full frontline. Swapped Big Iron and Arms Production focus around. Swapped Brahmin Herding and Schools focus around. Removed Trade Caravan focus. Added new Razorgrain focus to replace Trade Caravan focus. Added new Yuma Trade Hub focus. Reduced manpower from Women's Service and Medical Companies, now grants War Support casualty reduction. Overhauled the late game focuses; Settle down and end your campaign. Become the American Rangers and protect the common people from all Tyrants. Establish a new North American Commonwealth, working with New Canaan and restore the old American Commonwealth, Mexico, and Canada.

Update 4; Changed Requirements for Sunset Over Two-Sun to own and control Two-Sun instead of owning everything. Changed Requirements for Gente Cooperation to own and control Gente City instead of owning everything. Fixes NCR Customs Union focus to apply NCR Customs Union tradelaw if you have Bear Economy.

Update 3; Made Two Sun unable to declare war on Cowboy Country until 1 year of gametime has passed.

Added Two new Focuses, The Wrecking Crew, and Cartel Interference.

Changed Crop Rotation renamed to Restore Agriculture Center, now also grants a new general. Changed Reform Ranger Corps Focus to also grant 2 new generals. Changed several Focuses that previously required Cross Roads to be completed to eather complete The Wrecking Crew, Cross Roads or Cartel Interference.

Update 2; Added several new starting branch focuses, Gun Show, Local Arms Production, Caravan Militia, Local Hospitals, New Schools, and Trade Ports. Changed State of Affairs to no longer grants a Research Slot, instead gives some Political Power, New Schools focus now grants a Research Slot. Changed Angels of Mercy focus, now requires having learned Healing Powder, and has a new focus preceding it called Women's Service. Changed Fcouses Sunset over Two Sun / and General Pardon to no longer grant cores right away, now grants war support, some compliance and less resistance target. A seperate focus was added to core Two Sun / Gente Del Sol once you have enough compliance.

Fixed modifier recruitable_population to use modifier conscription instead.

Update 1; Added pictures to starting events. Added some starting generals. Made Two Sun raid event less likely to result in them outright surrendering unless they're at war. Added event to show when they do turn tail and run.
