Ultra Old World Blues Expanded+ Non Enclave

Welcome to Old World Blues Expanded+! This submod is almost the same as UOWBE+, except there is NO ENCLAVE content outside the base game content. (IE No Enclave next to New Reno) Note: You will still need the Old World Blues mod to play this. AN: Also compatible with the Shi Reloaded Mod(One of the More Popular ones), as well as East Coast Rebirth and Rustbelt Rising(Requires a submod to use this: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3261499500)(Change the Dependencies to make it work). Mod also works with The Faithful and the Salted and it's companion mod Burning Rubber. BEFORE ANYONE ASKS: Yes, there is an update coming. I want to finish my current mod playthrough and test out Blue Rose and Baggers changes first. Then I'll work on it. I will at least try to get ERX updated soon, but the next big update is gonna be a bit.

Most Recent Update: 5.1 Update, featuring Integration of New Content with Lost Expedition, and Deprecation of the VERY MUCH OUTDATED AND UNDERDEVELOPED New Victoria content. This is the final big update for this mod. All future updates will be on the normal version, as the new game rule to disable the Enclave makes this irrelevant and useless to maintain. Note: NER might not work without the Across the Caribbean mod currently.
