What this mod does?

Cities and States takes names in language/culture or the owner. Rename cities and state automatically when owner changes. For example Novi Sad becomes Neusatz when controlled by a German country and Újvidék if Hungarian, or Küstrin becomes Costrino when annexed to Italy or Kostrzyn if annexed by Poland.

Usable Languages

It allows translation of cities and states into Albanian, Arabic, Belarusian, Bulgarian, Chinese, Czech, Danish, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Hindi, Hungarian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Latin, Latvian, Lithuanian, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian*, Spanish, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian and Serbian/Croatian.

*Russian names change by government: communism uses base names (e.g., Stalingrad), fascism and democracy use option 1 (Volgograd), and non-aligned uses option 2 (Tsaritsyn).

**The language for Belgium also changes depending on the government in power. The country uses Dutch for fascism and French for other ideologies.

If you see any duplicate cities, please report them in the comments or on private messages so I can fix them.

This mod is not compatible with mods that add/changes states in the game, like Great war Redux, R56 or Kaiserreich. I'm not going to make a compatible mod, please stop asking.
