Proper Sierra Army Depot For Enclave Redux

The Sierra Army Depot is one of The Enclave's most secretive bases. It's so secretive, in fact, that nobody can agree on exactly where it even is. Some seem to think it exists right on the banks of Pyramid Lake, but all they'll find there are Lakelurks. Others think it's further north, but they'll find themselves lost on the desert to die. Instead, the true location is just east of Honey Lake. This mod is intended to once and for all clarify the Depot's true position.

Small mod that changes the location of the Sierra Army Depot victory point. Slightly unrelated, but I also made a small change to the exact location of the Nellis AFB airport building much in the same way, and I didn't feel like removing it after the fact.

Gameplay-wise, this mod also changes the focus "Fortress Sierra" to add 3 outposts to two separate provinces within the state so that the full benefits from the focus can be gleaned. (6 outposts on a province with 2 outposts to begin with doesn't do you very much good)

Version 09

This version alters the way the mod fundamentally functions - on top of updating compatibility with ERX's latest version, Version 09 no longer alters in any way the ERB tag's national focus tree. Instead, the SAD supply node, SAD outposts, and Herlong name change are all handled by a set of decisions automatically set to fire and distribute their effects when the necessary focuses have been met. These changes should be minimally invasive to the gameplay experience, while also increasing heavily this mod's versatility and longevity. In other words, it should be functionally compatible with ERX for the forseeable future and will require minimal updating or upkeep.
