“Luxembourg Civil War is a unique modification for Hearts of Iron IV that takes players to an alternate reality where a small but strategically important Luxembourg becomes the epicenter of a civil war that will determine the fate of the continent.
Little Luxembourg is divided between several factions, each with its own ideology, unique leaders, and goals. Choose your path: support the nationalists who want to preserve traditional values, the communists who dream of a world revolution, or the neutralists who are trying to save the country from a complete split.
• Correct errors (obviously there are too many)
• Create a new unique mechanic for rebels (communists)
• Create an alternative path for Charlotte
• Edit all the countries that are neighbors of Luxembourg and give them unique alternative scenarios
