This mod adds some fancy nice new defensive pacts to Hearts of Iron IV. It basically adds a fancy button to the diplomatic tab that lets countries sign a defensive pact, giving military access, a non-aggresion pact and guarantees. And you cannot remove the military access, non-aggression pacts and guarantees until the defensive pact is cancelled.
This mod has some AI support however as of right now the AI isn't amazing and doesn't cancel defensive pacts. This is planned to be changed in a future update.
Some countries are programmed to not like each other and some to like each other. If there's any countries (that aren't the Chinese cliques and Japan(ese puppets) since I'm still working on those) tell me in the comments.
If there's any bugs you can find also do tell me but for now just enjoy the mod.
UPDATE 1.1: AI can now ask for defensive pacts. Sometimes. Though they usually don't even though they accept them.
