This is a compatibility patch for my mod, OWB ERX Panama Canal, allowing compatibility with map overhaul mods, including Over the Horizon

Enclave Reborn Redux - Panama Canal adds the Panama Canal as a constructible strait from Honduras, allowing ships to pass through the sea zone off the coast of Guatemala and come out in the center of the Caribbean Sea off the coast of Honduras.

The canal can be reconstructed and repaired via decision. The decision can be taken by the Enclave once Honduras has either been befriended, conquered, or puppeted.

This mod does NOT change the map or add any lands or new nations which exist south of Honduras. It simply adds some small flavor with a little bit of functionality.

FAQ:

"Why is the Panama Canal in Honduras?"

It's not. The "canal" being in Honduras is just a representation of the existence of the canal, which is, of course, in Panama. Honduras was the most logical location, in my mind, to put that representation, since logistics to the Panama Canal would likely be routed through or affected by Honduras.
