This mod adds a new decision category that allows the player to acquire and upgrade a national spirit which greatly streamlines expansionist foreign policy.
Under the "Bellum Aeternum" decision category, there are 5 decisions, with the first decision granting a national spirit, and all subsequent decisions upgrading that spirit.
Each decision has growing requirements and costs, with the first decision requiring 100PP and 10 controlled states, and the final decision requiring 250PP and 250 controlled states.
The national spirit is available to all nations, however there are costs to dedicating significant resources to the diplomatic corps. Consumer goods are diverted to integration programs, decreasing core creation costs, and the unpredictability of foreign policy introduces notable instability to civilian life.
