OWB ERX Enclave Localisation Fix and Rework

This mod to Enclave Reborn - Redux is a WORK IN PROGRESS project to comb through each and every line of localisation in ERX to correct spelling, grammar, punctuation... And to make a few additions or subtractions as necessary. In other words, I'm working as the unofficial editor for the writing of ERX.

!!ATTENTION!!

This mod is, as stated above, a WORK IN PROGRESS. There are over 1700 2400 events in the enc_reform_east_events_l_english file alone. In order to complete this mod's objectives while also maintaining a semblance of my own life, I am going to need time. A lot of it.

As well, if you feel the need to point out any localisation errors you have located during your playthroughs and wish to share them here with me... I really appreciate your enthusiasm, but that won't be necessary. Once I've gotten through all the LOC, which I guarantee won't be for some time, I'll be happy to take pointers.

Another thing to note: ERX's events are not in order. Some events are in their own files. Some events which would only fire mid to late game are in the very beginning of the file, or vice versa. As such, you might only notice my work in seemingly random locations, if at all. Frankly, if you didn't notice what I've done, then I've done my job.

Compatibility:

Mod requires both Old World Blues and Enclave Reborn - Redux. Mod will be incompatible with any mods that alter or change existing ERX LOC files.
