Napoleon successfully conquers most of Europe, securing his empire’s dominance over the continent. By the 1850s, after years of intense conflict, Britain, struggling to keep up with the financial burden of the war, finds itself drained of resources. The prolonged naval blockades and continuous military engagements have severely impacted Britain’s economy, forcing them to negotiate peace with France. As a result, a treaty is signed that ends the hostilities between the two powers. Britain, no longer able to sustain its war efforts, withdraws from the conflict, allowing Napoleon to solidify his control over mainland Europe.

In this alternate timeline, France never embarks on its ill-fated invasion of Russia. Napoleon, recognizing the potential pitfalls of such a massive campaign, decides instead to maintain a neutral stance toward the Russian Empire. This decision spares France from the disastrous consequences that, in the original timeline, would have weakened Napoleon’s forces and led to his eventual downfall. Without the strain of a Russian invasion, Napoleon’s empire remains strong and resilient into the mid-20th century.
