Namelist Rework v.4.0 - Thunder at our Gates

New division naming system. From now on, the following prefixes will be used before all division names to make navigating the list easier (since the Paradox engine does not allow sorting): for regional divisions. (B) for basic divisions. (B+) for divisions that have additional names historically associated with a given country, even if they are not 100% accurate. Division names other than (B) and (B+) will be locked for the AI ​​and reserved exclusively for the player. |A| for additional divisions that did not previously exist in the game. |X| - Special namelists, mostly with hand choosen names.

Namelist Rework is a comprehensive rework for Hearts of Iron IV, expanding and refining division naming conventions across both major and minor nations.
