Instructions, and a .json is in the main folder of the mod

The .json can be loaded in the pdx launcher to download and sort the mods into their load order. Irony can also be used, it will not download the mods. Follow the instructions or things won't work as expected. It's simple stuff to give the major countries their own flavour, and flavour for rest of word, and multiplayer
