[OBSOLETE] OWB: UTCM Compatch - Old World Roads

This mod used to patch UTCM and Old World Roads by giving UTCM's units OWR's supply values, now with OWR's integration into OWB I can just make UTCM overwrite OWB as per usual, so this mod is obsolete and being kept for posterity/future reference

Old Description

A simple compatability mod that combines the changes Roads and Rail and Old World Roads both make to support companies, and makes it overwrite both mods' "support_non_combat_companies.txt" files to make them play nice with one another.

Now requires the UTCM instead of Roads and Rail, patching Old World Roads to use the latest UTCM changes.

This mod also patches Old World Roads Compatibility
