The Faithful and the Salted has over 12 cosmetic nations that while they do take a country slot, are not used at all in game. These nations have given unique and interesting equipment so that the player upgrade national forces. It also annoyed me that the AI couldn't purchase anything with it's caps at the stores.
This Mod will allow the player and AI to take advantage of this and purchase with caps unique equipment that supports thier culture, political values, government, location and more. Unique and interesting ideas and selections for many nations with 50+ different options that can help set you up for good.

Note..if you do want to make a version that expands into some of the map mods...you have my blessing if you do 3 things.
- keep ai able to purchase equipment.
- allow me to keep looking and advising on how the decisions are going
- No one nation should be able to get all decisions
