OWB - Lost Hills Plus [2.1] [OUTDATED]

Broken as of latest OWB update.

Circle of Steel update: -Expanded the circle of steel branch, including new decisions to destabilize the NCR -Added a couple new focuses -Added a new event after taking the ‘Vault 17’ focus -Added new icons to all focuses added in LH+ and some base OWB focuses -Updated the events file to add the new brotherhood events added by OWB -Reworked a few focuses to be more rewarding and reduce bloat

Sub-Submod for Lost Hills Expanded that adds new branches to build up before the war with the NCR and emergency war-time foci during the war. Also adds more events, decisions, and changes quite a number foci, most notably: some fallen chapter foci have been reworked to give divisions/generals and the advanced scavenging focus unlocks more scavenging decisions.

--Lost Hills Military Academy branch gives access to new generals and commanders. --More scavenging decisions requiring paladins, but allow you to gather pre-war equipment. --Adds 16 new generals/field marshals and an operative.
