Seize Factories from Puppets

A simple mod that allows you to seize 25% civilian factories and 50% military factories from your puppets when playing Kaiserreich/KaiserreduX/Vanilla, so you can be a mega industrial power without directly controlling the whole world.

I created this mod for Kaiserreich/KaiserreduX which removes the ability of puppets to transfer factories to their overlords, while also discouraging players from holding provinces that they don't have cores or claims on, in which case you lose the main benefit of expansion. If you want to be the superpower, you can almost only choose to play the paths that have tons of cores and blobs very hard, making the sane and peaceful democratic path too boring to play.

The mod is intended for Kaiserreich/KaiserreduX but also works in Vanilla, it should also work for other overhaul mods after certain editing.

If you want this mod to work for other overhaul mods, please tell me in the comment section or do it yourself by editing Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\394360\3491919873\descriptor.mod and adding mod names at the dependencies section.

If you want a larger/smaller factory seize ratio, feel free to change it by editing Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\394360\3491919873\common\ideas\seize.txt and tweaking the number after cic_to_overlord_factor and mic_to_overlord_factor.
