We're back in early beta. This build has been fixed for HOI4 1.17 and is playable again — expect bugs, missing polish, and rough edges. If you want a finished release, treat this as a test build.

What works right now:

• Mod boots and runs on HOI4 1.17.5

• Vanilla map / geography in use — game is playable again

• Main menu, lobby, and core UI cleaned up for 1.17

• Topbar resource display (Aluminium, Rubber, Tungsten, Steel, Chromium, Coal)

• Hundreds of rebalanced nations, focus paths, events, and mechanics

Known limitations:

• Custom map is offline until valid map files are recovered

• Missing art / GFX in places (focus icons, portraits, some equipment textures)

• Bugs expected — this is an active rebuild, not a polished release

• Fresh save strongly recommended
