The world stirs with unease. The unity of the United States is no more; a previously unknown virus quietly spreads; the Land of the Rising Sun remains trapped within its lost thirty years. The flames are about to rise.

Formosa, this small island, drifts amidst gathering storms. Taiwan has weathered countless trials. More than four centuries have passed—from the Dutch to Zheng Ming; from Japanese colonization to eventual retrocession, only to unexpectedly welcome the tyranny of exiles.

Times have changed. The island transformed, the economy soared, and industries flourished. As the years slipped by, the past seemed to fade into smoke and clouds. Yet today, Taiwan finds itself in seemingly endless turmoil. The island has been dyed blue and green, dividing its people. As the era shifts, with the United States descending into civil war, the median line of the strait—which once separated homesickness—begins to blur with the changing situation. History is forcing the Beautiful Isle to make a choice.

Will you choose to embrace this land and bid farewell to the past? Or rekindle the will of the Blue Sky and White Sun, and regain the dream of the Begonia Leaf? Or perhaps ultimately bow beneath the red banner of the People's Republic?

Do not surrender to despair. Choose your destiny.
