OWB: Special Projects

You can't special research in OWB, its a real shame really, it is probably removed for a reason.

This mod fixes that by adding tons of special projects that can be researched by the Special Projects facilities, which this mods enables so you can construct them

This mod also enables the two electrical grid buildings added with the Coal update for No Compromise No Surrender.

What does this mod do?

This mod enables Special Projects to be used, and adds the ability to construct the facilities needed to do so. To tie in with the mod, special projects are not gained by research bonuses, but by completing certain researches in the research tree, these requirements are listed on the special projects.

The special projects themself are mostly Support companies from Base Game that can be used on your divisions, such as adding Artillery to the mod.
