TNO: Second West Russian War Continued

This is a continuation of the late Second West Russian War submod, continuing to develop and port the content of TNO:R as a submod of main TNO.

Why is parts of Russia anarchy? Is this a bug? This is a fog of war feature, where every country can see different parts of the Russian anarchy depending on what they would be able to see. If you dislike it, it is toggleable in the gamerules before starting a save.

Why is the whole world white or the mod crashes when loading? You are required to use DirectX 11 for the mod to work properly, you can change it in the settings of the launcher.

Why use this mod instead of the alternatives?

Compared to 2WRW: Community Edition, this mod has newer TNO:R content, over 1000 fixed bugs, better english localisation, more skeleton content, and much additional quality of life.

Compared to TNO: Requiem, this mod has all of the same content and features, but with the inclusion of everything from modern TNO as well, for a best of both worlds.
