Added path guides for every leader who can come to power in the Republic of Korea in The Fire Rises: Korea Plus. Added path guides for every faction in the congressional systems of the American Union and the American Constitutional Government. Improved some text to make it easier to understand.

This mod can run without The Fire Rises: Korea Plus and will not affect normal gameplay
