Fix Icons & 3D Models

This mod fixes multitude of issues with the airplane icons and 3D models from the various DLCs. It is mostly intended as a fix to AI to force them to use GFX matching the planes they build, but it also makes it easier for the player as it picks the correct GFX automatically.

• Assigns correct icons/3D models (where possible) to each airframe (1940, 1944, Modern…), so that when you (or AI) create a design, the historical GFX is used as a default

• this also fixes things like jet plane models appearing on screen in 1939, because it was a default model for some countries
• the same interwar icon used by AI for everything in some cases

• Many icons are now available for multiple airframe sizes, so that you can create your naval bombers, or heavy fighters the way you like

• Replaces the generic icons in the tech tree and plane designer for many countries - Poland, Turkey, Greece, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia, Romania, Hungary, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Mexico, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania

• Adds missing scout plane models for Italy

• Adds a few missing 2D icons for Japan (for ex. missing MXY-7)

• Fixed a few german and japanese SPGs and TDs using incorrect 2D icon (not matching the name)

Ironman compatible. Compatible with most other mods. Requires appropriate DLC for each country to work correctly. Supported game version: 1.19.*

Note: There are few cases of mismatching localisation and plane GFX (usually where there are multiple possible candidates for the design). Patch 1.17.5 fixed many of the original issues, but many new issues keep appearing.

If you know of any other issue with the models or icons, please let me know, the issues are relatively easy to fix, but I need to know what to look for.
