The mod moves the entire territory of the United States of America closer to Europe. Roughly to where the Azores are now.
Don't ask how and why. Ask "why spend weeks crossing the ocean when you can spend hours?" Now the USA is neatly parked between Europe and its problems.
Who is this mod for?
For the lazy: Yes, we admit it: you're too lazy to wait. So are we. The ocean is big, life is short. The Atlantic is no longer an ocean. Now it's a narrow strait that you can cross even on a rubber raft.
For allies: Now you're truly "together", not "on the other side of the Atlantic". Brew some tea — and the American fleet is already in the English Channel.
For enemies: Before: "We need to build a powerful fleet, win the Battle of the Atlantic, secure supply lines, land troops..." Now: "There they are, across the strait. Throw down some pontoons, we'll be in Washington in an hour." Wanted easy access to US resources? You got easy access. Maybe even too easy.
