In 1936, the Qin warlord faction has secured absolute control over the Guanzhong Plain and the Longxi region. Yet the prosperity of the High Tang era is long gone from Guanzhong-Longxi. The Qin leader, Ying Hao, had no choice but to compromise with the Nationalist government, becoming one of its many factions. However, desolation has returned to this land, just as the foundations of the Qin reforms once took root here. With the devoted support of the descendants of ancient Qin civil and military officials, the land of Sanqin may once again undergo reforms and stand proudly at the pinnacle of Chinese civilization. If possible, this region—the cradle of the most glorious Han and Tang dynasties—could once more become an unparalleled global power, dominating the forest of nations.
