HOI4 Content Maker is a standalone Python/Tkinter desktop application that lets mod authors visually build and export Hearts of Iron IV game content. Instead of hand-writing Paradox script files, you work in purpose-built wizards that generate correct, wiki-accurate .txt, .yml, and scripted localisation files ready to drop into your mod.
All the Documents on how to use this Mod are in the Mod folder Directory
This is still a Early Version and it is Made to be Specifically used with Millennium Dawn, Can still be used with Vanilla or Other mods [ the compatibility with other mods may vary]

The Tool is not a Virus, if it was a Virus steam would be flagging and removing this from the workshop, the EXE is being flagged because it dose not have a Signature and i am not paying for one for something i made on my own free time. you are welcome to use it and help in improving it
