🎚️ HOW IT WORKS

The mod hooks into vanilla game events and decisions. When a qualifying action is taken, such as a territorial annexation, a declaration of war, a key focus completed, the corresponding speech fires automatically. No extra buttons. No menus. It just happens, the way history did.
