OWB - Bear and Bull seeks to interpret Caesar's goal of synthesis through a new focus branch revolving around synthesis, taking Caesar's (halfish) respect for Tandi, his goals of synthesis as well as his origins as a New Californian into account.

To be able to achieve this branch, you must survive as Caesar and conquer both New Vegas and Shady Sands.

Content:

• New Synthesis Focus Branch for Caesar to determine the fate of the New California Republic, and Caesar's Legion!

• Balance of Power System to balance the Bear and the Bull just as Caesar intended! Ulyesses must be going crazy with this one.

• Reworked the original thesis branch to serve as a New Rome branch. Now you can start to reform Vegas into a real New Rome!

• Form the Californian Empire with the completion of the Synthesis, and obtain a new trait for Caesar as the Father of New California!

• Bless your eyes with custom portraits for Silus, Paullus, Magnus and Caius! Damn, they look so good!
