Bring your nation into the vast Second Great War, spanning from North America to Asia. Or fight for your sovereignty against the great powers of the era. New features, such as military development and historical eras system, present a new style of HOI4 gameplay. In general, Imperial Nostalgia seeks an experience closer to the Kaiserreich experience, with its own unique twist.

Note that many other nations have received content but not necessarily new focuses, however I cannot list everything here.

Compatibility

Imperial Nostalgia is a standalone mod and should be run independently. Compatibility with other mods is not guaranteed. I am also aware of compatibility issues with Mac and Linux systems, which I will attempt to address in time. Do not run IN with the old version of 2023. It is recommended to unsubscribe and delete that version.

Report a Bug

There will be bugs, and if you spot one please let me know in the discord. I will fix major bugs quickly and put out (mostly gamesave compatible) updates asap. ** If you are experiencing crashing or launch issues, please report in the discord** - ideally with an error/game log.
