TL;DR
This prevents the late-game lag problem. It doesn't repair a save that already has it, use Late-Game Slowdown Fix - Save Repair Tool for that.
What it does
Blocks the granting and requesting of docking-rights. Revoking is left working.
This can prevent late game lag that comes from the foreign supply node spawned by docking rights.
Load order
Put this mod last in your playset.
Compatibility
Compatible with virtually all mods.
Safe to add to a running campaign.
Limitations

Existing agreements and nodes are untouched. Canceling it is not enough, the node can outlive the agreement that created it. Use my other mod, Late-Game Slowdown Fix - Save Repair Tool, to remove them.
