Welcome to "The War to End All Wars" an total conversion for Hearts of iron 4. This is the offical sequel to "Geralds WW1 Mod" by Gerald, but Gerald had to leave our team, because of studys, we had to upload this as an new mod. This mod aims to simulate the first world war as good as possible, but still giving the player enough space to change the history. For this we prioritize to rework all national focus trees, but the quality of these focus trees is more important for us, then the ammount of focus trees in the game. Another great difference between this mod and the vanilla version is that we want to have way more depth. The player should be able to research both battlefleet tactics and subamarine tactics, if he would do so, other researchs would suffer so the mod is more difficult.
