Ghosticus took it upon themself to rewrite this mod as Comprehensive Sandbox Control

While I intend to continue updating this mod for each new version of HOI4 that comes out, let's all recognize that progress to do so has become slow and I have allowed myself to acrue a certain amount of technical debt that makes it a grind for myself to do any serious work beyond checking that it works with the latest version of HOI4. If you don't mind a little scuff, CMC still serves its purpose. If you want something cleaner and less clunky - use CSC.

Compatibility with most major overhaul mods (millennium dawn, kaiserreich, etc) has been built into this main mod since maintaining various versions just wasn't working out - said compatibility is primarily for the ideology cheats.
