The year? 1936. Tensions across the globe are rising, currently at a blisteringly high 0%. Pepin the Indomitable paces his office, worried not for his people, his armies, or his own life. No, our glorious leader Pepin is concerned with the lack of unique faces in the world. I mean, there are at least seven leaders in Asia that look exactly the same! Pepin could not stand for such disgraceful game design. Preparing a rousing speech, he led his people in the glorious Clone Wars. But Pepin cannot battle this dreadful foe alone. These dire times require brave hearts and halfway decent artists. Stand with us, comrades, and like, comment, and subscribe! For glory! For honor! For faces!

This mod aims to add unique portraits for each and every leader in the game, current or otherwise. Since well-kept historical data and photos can be a cruel mistress, some leaders will not have contemporary portraits, and some leaders may not have been around at the time at all!
