Millenium Dawn Metamod: Buff Countries

Allows for the difficulty settings to be modified for many countries added in Millenium Dawn, the modern day mod. To use, just enable the mod along with Millenium Dawn, then start a new game and click on the "custom difficulty" gear symbol next to where it says "difficulty" while still in the starting screen. The nations that can currently be buffed include: algeria angola argentina austria australia belarus belgium brazil canada china (taiwan) chile congo croatia cuba czech republic denmark dr congo egypt ethiopia fiji finland greenland hungary iceland india indonesia iraq isis jordan kazakhstan kenya kurdistan kuwait libya lithuania macedonia madagascar malasia mali mexico mongolia montenegro morocco netherlands (holland) new england norway oman pakistan peru phillipines poland portugal prc (communist china) qatar romania saudi arabia serbia singapore south africa spain sweden switzerland syria tanzania thailand tibet tunisia turkey turkestan ukraine uzbekistan venuzuela yemen
