Millennium Dawn: African Continent

I had originally planned to re-work this after the merger between Modern Day and Millennium Dawn. Unfortunately I've tried the new version and I don't really see this mod working with it, partly due to the laughable American neo-liberal economic model that thinks basic welfare is for suckers, but also because there's just too much to change as the new mod diverges quite far from the base HoI4 game. Despite the snark, this mod is far more than just focus changes, and I'd have to scrap and rebuild almost the entire mod to get it working again.

Instead of dedicating more time to this project I'm going to work on another HoI4 mod I've had in the pipeline, which is for the base game and is quite a bit more interesting.
