Arms Factory cost - ** 7200 > 6500 ** ** Adds +1 Tungsten **

Dockyard cost - ** 6400 > 5500 ** ** Adds +2 Chromium **

Synthetic Refinery cost - ** 13000 > 7600 ** Oil yield - ** 7 > 10 ** Rubber yield - ** 4 > 8 **

Radar Station cost - ** 3375 > 3075 **
