Formerly 'Easy Precision', this tool allows exact movement of objects for accurate building. Push/pull, rotate, and snap props together at specific distances.

It will always be under the Constraints section as "Precision". If you don't see it then something else is wrong!

The grid is NOT part of this tool, it is part of Smart Snap. Search for it! .
