Includes groups and singles of all NPCs I have bothered to implement, and they're smarter and more dangerous, as well as customizable!

The options menu has many different controls that will affect the NPCs, from accuracy to visibility ranges, to the number of grenade and manhacks that the NPCs can use!

The options menu will let you control every other option for NPCG, so from now on you only need to remember the commands for the custom groups until I add an option in the menu for them.
