Better Cloaking

This is supposed to replace all of the other cloaking addons and their multitude of problems. If you like it please rate it as it makes it more noticable to people who would like to use it. If you find any bugs or ideas put them in the discussion.

So, Whats it do exactly

-Ability to use weapons while cloaked. -Become more visible as you move. -Cloaking sounds and effects (like sparks). -Puts an overlay over the screen while cloaked. -Hides players ID or HUD Over Head in Sandbox and Darkrp. -Makes the players footsteps silent. -Slightly disorts the sounds so your sounds. -NPC's won't attack you when cloaked. -Cloak disables when shooting or taking damage. -Taunt Sounds (Cloaker Scream Included). -Hides shadow while cloaked. -Hides equipped weapons when cloaked. -Uncloaks when killed, changed job, etc. -Cloak can recharge when not in use. (There are a bunch of customizable options)

To find the settings go in the Q menu and click "Utiliity", then you configure the settings and restart the server. To disable things like sounds, just set the filepath to empty. If you encounter any bugs I'll do my best to fix it.
