This addon replaces the eye textures of all HL2/Episodic characters with high-resolution recreations compiled from the results of a neural-net-based upscaling tool touched up by hand. Textures are adapted from those which originally shipped with HL2 in 2004, so almost every character has unique right and left eyes that look a little different from how they are portrayed in later games. The new eyes use heavily-modified EP2/L4D shaders to create a bright, colorful, and dynamic look that reacts beautifully to light sources.
To reiterate: this will only apply in full to the default models ; if you use custom models, skins, hexed duplicates, or other models that use HL2 eyes, they may or may not be compatible depending on how the author set up their materials.
