Restart Gmod after you do all the steps.

Features

-Replaces combine soldier sounds to the ones from the combine grunt in Half-Life: Alyx -Sounds carefully picked to be relevant to the situation (combine don't refer to player as Alyx) -Each combine soldier has a unique combination of randomized radio on/off sounds -Voices specific to Half-Life 2 maps changed via lua -Sounds have the actual lengths set in sentences.txt for proper closed captions -Combine sniper uses some sounds from the combine commander in Half-Life: Alyx -Combine soldiers can start panicking when they are the last unit in their squads -Uses unused voice prompt for when player is too close
