[vFire] Simfphys Support

Adds vFire support to Simfphys

This removes Simfphys client side fire and instead uses vFire. Works on all Simfphys vehicles! Please keep in mind vFire spreads, it may cause problems for sever owners. (CHECK vFIRES ADDON PAGE FOR CONSOLE COMMANDS)

I never even thought that my cars should have the ability to actually be on fire, but now with this add-on, I can't imagine a world where it isn't. Thank you for this beauty.

Questions:

Whats the map? gm_construct_night Whats the vehicle in the screenshots/video? It was a vehicle that I worked on a bit ago, not gonna be released. Can it be put out? Yes, once the vehicle receives more damage the fire will start again. I don't get cookies?! [vFireSimf] im still crying...

If it doesn't work on a specific Simfphys vehicle please let me know the vehicle so I can test it!

THIS WILL NOT WORK IF THE ADDON CREATOR HAS SET THE ENGINE POSITION FOR THEIR VEHICLE IN AN INCORRECT SPOT Aka, leaving the engine position set in the air. I am guilty. You may have off with my head now.
