Description:
The Paper Plane is a traitor item which will auto-target the nearest innocent and will follow it slowly around. It becomes faster the farther away its target is and will slow down if it's close.
If it's close enough and touches its target, it will explode.
Note: If you're using TTT2 it will follow hostile teams, since there can be more than two teams.
ConVars:
I added a few ConVars so you can customize a few things like balancing or healthbar rendering.

Note: ttt_paper_plane_limited_stock won't work for TTT2 since you can edit it directly in the shop.
