Attention!
If the cars do not spawn, it means that there are no points for "DV" on the map on which you are playing. Read the description for the "[DV] Decent Vehicle - Basic AI" addon to understand how it works. "DV" is optional for "Background NPCs", and I'm not going to support it or describe how it works.
Description
This addon changes the default configuration of the "Background NPC". Cars from the game "Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas" will now spawn on the map!
Do not forget to enable support for "DV" in the "Background NPC" state settings in the options menu!
Performance
Please note that you should use a small number of NPCs if you have a weak computer.
