Remake

SIG SAUER is proud to announce the official expansion of the MCX series of rifles with the new MCX-SPEAR chambered in 277 SIG FURY. The MCX-SPEAR was developed with direct input from U.S. warfighters to provide more power, distance, and accuracy to replace the current M4 rifle platform. The MCX-SPEAR is now the most innovative and advanced AR platform in the world.

This first production run, special edition MCX-SPEAR is configured to be a near-exact match with SIG SAUER’s submission and finalist for the NGSW program. It features a 13-inch barrel and is fitted with the new SIG SAUER SLX Lo-Tox suppressor direct from the factory. The special edition MCX-SPEAR is semi-automatic and is chambered in 277 SIG FURY, the commercial variant of the U.S. Army’s 6.8x51 hybrid ammunition. The MCX-SPEAR has been designed specifically to maximize the performance of SIG SAUER’s innovative new FURY hybrid-case, high-velocity ammunition. The MCX-SPEAR features a 2-stage match trigger, both non-reciprocating side and rear charging handles, fully ambidextrous controls including bolt release, a 2-position adjustable gas piston, and an adjustable, folding collapsible stock. The first production run MCX-SPEAR is now available at select dealers.
