Mr. Foster is a playable character in the game Killing Floor, however you do need to purchase the Nightfall DLC to be able to play as him. His steampunk variant can be unlocked during the Summer Sideshow event by obtaining 10 of the Summer Sideshow 2011 achievements and any achievement related to the map KF-AbusementPark.

Splinks is the true creator as he originally ported and rigged this for a L4D2 mod Which Can Be Found Here.
