Organization notice!

Attention all personnel of the International Research Organization (IRO) Recently a large ice shelf in the Antarctic has broken off into the ocean, revealing a large unidentified industrial building. Soon after, the massive brutalist building began to produce smog out of its many smokestacks. Any attempts to contact the interior has been met with silence. Currently no country has claimed responsibility over its construction, and no flag or insignia to give away its origin can been found on the exterior. We will be sending a specialized team to enter the facility through international agreement.
