--The Main Description--

Greetings! I'm back with a new Pack, This time with more building Goodies! Introducing... Steventechno's BuildingPack! As of right now, the Content is somewhat Limited, as I am not sure of what all to add, but let's go over the features.

Roads! There are multiple sizes available, Turn Flatgrass into a City of awesome! Single Wide, Double wide and now Highway roads available!

There are 3 Apartments currently. Not alot but just these three could house enough players.

There are 2 clubs, Read in the Manual for more details.

There are 6 shops, PC shop, Gun Shop, Gas Stop\Store,Bank,Garage and Office..

There are 6 City Buildings. I'll get around to adding more later on

July 12, 2025 My Dumb ass pushed a minor update intended for the other pack to this one, which messed everything up. Thanks to the community, Everything should be resolved now and back to normal!

September 20 15 Small Update! Added larger empty lots, a new Parking Garage, and a couple extra skyscrapers. Spawnlist will be updated later.

November 05 14 NEW UPDATE! Includes Two new buildings thanks to Sgt. Shultz, and MOAR ROADS!!! Also Documentation has been updated somewhat.

November 06 14 ANOTHER UPDATE! Now has Road signs, All courtesy of Sgt. Shultz! Updated spawnlist made available in the guide for Download!

Update: Nov 9 @ 10:11pm New empty Lots! There are three sizes, so there are now some empty lots for building the good old way. Never stop building! Next up: SkyScrapers. Don't forget to update your Spawnlist. New Easy Install method available! It's recommended over the old version for the amount of Time saved. I'll continue to update the Zip though. For now at least.

Update: 03/10/16: Added a new building, it's a small school building, and updated spawnlist to include new stuff Download and replace the old one now!
