A small base in the middle of a frozen wasteland holds a power generator for the rebel cause, which is now a high-piority target for the Combine forces.

You must defend the base, before it's too late and they destroy the power generator, vaporizing the base in the process

This is my first Combine Invasion map. It was inspired by the original combine_onslaught_v3 made by Rodier and [FwR] Sally.

The objective of this map is to defend a rebel base from an infinite amount of attacking Combine soldiers.

Every wave there is a chance for a special enemy type to spawn, including a Hunter-Chopper and a Synth Gunship. The game is over when the power generator at the back of the base is destroyed, by the Combine or otherwise.

To start a wave press the button located in spawn

At the end of each wave two item crates and four combine mines. Activate the mines by picking them up with the gravity gun and letting go where you want them.

If you find that the map for some reason does not seem to work properly, please try the following:

DISABLE ANY OTHER ADDONS =>This is a very important step, as many addons on the workshop modify the behavior of entities that this map utilises VERIFY YOUR GAME CACHE =>In a few cases, Steam may not have downloaded Garry's Mod correctly, or it's file system became corrupt. Usually as a result of poor/unstable internet. Verifying game cache can sometimes locate corrupted files and replace them with working ones. REINSTALL GARRY'S MOD =>See "Verify your game cache"; In even fewer cases, Verifying game cache might not even solve this issue. In this extreme case, you may need to reinstall Garry's Mod all together. WHERE TO FIND THE MAP =>The map is located in the 'other' section in the map browser and is called 'cmbinv_icereactor'
